Ryan is the newest equity partner to join the team at Synchronous. For the past decade he has acted as a brand liaison for numerous multinational corporations as well as a leader and speaker within the business and sporting communities in North America. After a successful career as an Olympic athlete, and a degree in Psychology from the University of Victoria, he has recently joined the team here in Victoria.
